Avrupa Kültür Derne?i (European Cultural Association) which has been established in March 2003 is an independent non-profit NGO based in ?stanbul.
Vision:
European Cultural Association's vision is to raise "cultural awareness" and "respect to other cultures".
Mission:
Cultural communication, cooperation and exchange is our mission, as we think that interaction among cultures raises the cultural awareness and respect to others. We beleive that our mission is important at European level, as it aims the participation of the Turkish cultural actors into the debates on the European cultural issues.
Our members:
Avrupa Kültür Derne?i has now 30 members who are not only artists or cultural managers but also from different fields of profession.
